In which Cable may or may not have been a spokesperson for AT&T; it’s impossible to draw a CD dramatically; Wolverine gets his adamantium back; Apocalypse says the thing; and we probably can’t keep putting off The Twelve forever.
X-PLAINED:
- One way to dispose of a corpse
- Cable #73-74
- Wolverine #145
- Cable (more) (again)
- Poor font choice
- Sarcophagus nipples
- Caliban (more) (again)
- Impromptu tailoring
- A cliched vignette
- People talking on couches
- A compact disc
- Unpleasant reunions
- An impressive outfit
- Prior generations of horsemen of Apocalypse
- Wolverine (more) (again)
- How Wolverine ended up a horseman of Apocalypse
- Apocalypse’s aesthetic
- Wolverine vs. Hulk (yet again)
- Which version of Magik was on Krakoa
- An X-Men pitch in the style of Spidey and his Amazing Friends

“Caliban hooked-up with apocalypse.”
I believe if you follow your hearts you can put off The Tweleve indefinitely.
Also wierd mash up if me just finished the Genesis tries to make a Death episode before listening to this one!
Heads up: The episode description is missing the issue numbers for Wolverine.
Good catch, thanks! Fixed.
My guess is the CD includes a free 30 day trial of Netscape online, as well as Quicktime 3.1, BonziBuddy, RealPlayer and a host of 100% not virus ridden (honest) screensavers.
As for Apocalypse inspired makeovers of existing characters there was a fairly recent one which I have… “opinions” on, but I suspect that might be better suited to the general chat thread.
Whoa – I haven’t thought about BonziBuddy in a long, long time. Good ol’ BonziBuddy.
And I suspect I know exactly which makeover you’re referencing. That… yeah, that was a thing.
have to acknowledge the unexpected Community reference!!
From my perspective it goes from Claremont to Morrison to Whedon to the Messiah trilogy, then ends up in Bendis’ run and everything gets messy until Krakoa. Really appreciate you taking time to cover the 90s there’s some great stuff in there that seems to be completely forgotten about – give the Mannites an unlimited series!
