These are amazing. I am always blown away by the talent, commitment and, when you get right down to it, sheer glorious nerve of cosplayers!
This makes me miss cosplay, especially seeing all the creative takes as well as the classic ones. One of my problems with being Really Into book fandoms at the moment is that costumes that are distinct and recognizable are harder than comics or anime.
Though seeing Jay’s mom in cosplay does make me feel like I am no longer too old. Now I just have to get back into going to cons, and find some people to drag along.
