I’m only partially through the episode, but I felt you two would enjoy this.
In response to the arbitrary nature of time in the Marvel universe, I present to you the Franklin Richards Paradox – http://majorspoilers.com/2011/08/19/major-spoilers-confidential-case-file-0001-the-franklin-richards-paradox/
I quite enjoy Major Spoilers, and I think Matthew nailed this one.
I hadn’t realised that Berzerker from Evolutions was from this story. Makes me wish they’d given him the same awesome hair.
I read this for the first time recently, and am I right in thinking there was more blood in the Power Pack comics than anywhere else?
Also, you’re right re the Marauders being glam as all hell – but what’s with 4? 5? of them all having those costumes with one covered arm and the other one uncovered? I laughed out loud at them in the x-men – scalp hunter, harpoon, arclight and vertigo – bet the dude whose body spins but not his head does too, when he’s at rest. Also, when even scalphunter’s crotch is covered with gun parts (!!) it’s an odd choice to leave one arm free….
Gotta have a consistent look for the band!
And yeah–there’s way more blood in Power Pack.
